Q. What is the standard shipping policy and turnaround time?

A. YardZooks.com™ uses FedEx Ground for all shipments unless otherwise requested. If you would like quicker delivery we are happy to react to your request, but shipping prices will change. Orders are generally received 3-5 days after the order is received.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. YardZooks.com™ confidently stands behind all the products offered on the website. Any manufacturer defects, product flaws, or miss-shipments will be either credited or reshipped. If an order shows up damaged, please note the damages with FedEx Ground before you sign for the delivery. Products properly shipped and functional but determined unwanted (ex. customer decides it is the wrong size) can be returned at the customers expense using provided return slips.
